How to Add/Use secondary IP address Within your Windows VPS

Hello,

By default your VPS will be in the DHCP mode. You will have to change it to manual/static and then add the ip's. Please refer to this to know more details about how to add ip manually.
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Change-TCP-IP-settings

This is where you set your IP to static as opposed to DHCP. You would also set the preferred and alternate DNS in this Window . If you require information concerning the netmask and gateway please do ask in your ticket.

Subnet MASK: 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway: xxx.xxx.xxx.1  (replace xxx with your VPS main IP address)
Note: Most servers use above Subnet Mask and Default Gateway. If you get any error or connection is lost, do not hesitate to contact support. We will do it for you.

We recommend Alternative DNS are:

8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4

Finally, to add the secondary IP to the server, click the Advanced button to open the Advanced TCP/IP settings window. Use the Add button which will ask you for the IP address {next consecutive IP in most cases} and the subnet mask which will be the same as the one entered in the previous window.
